  • All orders will be shipped with tracking information and will be insured.

  • Domestic orders (within Switzerland) are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days. International deliveries may take approximately 5 to 16 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Package tracking within Switzerland: POST Tracking

  • Package tracking USA & International: USPS Tracking, Universal Parcel Tracking

  • Package tracking CANADA: Canada does not provide tracking for registered mail during international transit due to local data security regulations. Tracking becomes available for Canadian customers only once the package has arrived in Canada.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as changes cannot be made after dispatch. I am not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect address information.
     

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Customized items are made especially for you and are therefore final sale, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and VAT that may apply in their country. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any delays caused by customs are beyond my control.
